  I stay here often with friends. The fact that there are ongoing renovations is an indication that the property managers are on top of things. Rooms are clean, layout is nice, restaurant and lounge are good, hot tub and pool are well maintained, staff are very friendly. Soundproofing between rooms is adequate and filters out all but the most obnoxious neighbours. If you're a light sleeper, choose the south side rooms unless you really like to hear logging trucks roll by, but if there a lot of big rigs in the parking lot whose owners let them idle for hours in the early morning, it wont matter much, so you might as well enjoy the views to the north.

  Good stay overall, rooms don't have microwaves. Doesn't have a free breakfast in the morning, you have to pay at the restaurant provided. Nice to have a lounge in the evening to have a drink and not worry about leaving the building. Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, check out staff did not ask how our stay was, just said " okay your good to go! " or let me know what was happening with the hold they took on my credit card.

  If you choose this hotel you will not be wrong. Initially, we booked motel for 4 nights, but we didn't expect how cold in the motel in winter even with highest temperature set. After first extremely cold night when we had to sleep with blanket over our heads we decided to move to Best Western. The room was above our expectations, fully renovated and perfectly cleaned, and of course, warm.The price for room was the same as in the motel but quality was incomparable. Pool and hot tub of Best Western helped us to relax completely. Nice, beatifully decorated restaurant spoiled us with sophisticated, delicious food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially in the winter season!

  Clean big room, great service. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful. They are currently doing renovations but it did not interfere with our stay. The restaurant had very good food, very friendly server, and a nice atmosphere. The pub also had good food and drinks and prompt service. A great stay

  Had better stays at this location. Right at the crossroads of major highways and a short distance to the Radium Hot Springs. Room thermostat was set at 12 C and it took more than 3 hours to get the temperature up to 21 C. Restaurant ran out of milk at 08:15 in the morning. Better planning required. Customer experience can and should be improved.
