  Three burgers and a kids chicken strips was 73.50 no drinks just water. Burgers were large and well cooked, accompanying side salad was tiny but good. Thought the service was going to be terrible at first because the server was very curt but that is just their personality. They did a good job serving and getting the food out I just didn't jive with their anger vibe. Overall a decent experience.

  Today is November 26 and this is the 2nd time we have gone into this restaurant. Today we came in at 2:00pm. The server is the most unpleasant individual who clearly does not want to be there. The first time we came here I thought she was just having a bad day but to come in a 2nd time and enter only to be greeted with a bad attitude makes me wonder how she still has a job here. We were seated and left to sit without a drink order. We ended up getting up and leaving and she just ignored us as we walked past her. We will not be returning to this place ever again when we pass through Radium. We ended up going to Rico’s Family restaurant and had wonderful service.

  We visited fired up breakfast this morning on our way out of radium. The short of the long story is that if you have children do not visit this restaurant, there's a sign inside the door if they request parents to keep their children seated and quiet while they're in the restaurant. And if you are a party of six or larger do not visit this restaurant. We were a party of six with five people eating and we're charging 18% gratuity for completely terrible service. I would just like to say that I have no problem paying a gratuity when the service deserves it. Our server delivered us coffee decanters so we could serve our self, was sassy when we requested a glass of water each, never refilled our water and never checked on us after we received our food. She only returns to deliver our bill that had an 18% gratuity attached. When we questioned her about the 18% gratuity her response was " because we were taking up space in the restaurant". The last time I checked we where paying customers and that was the point of going to a restaurant. If you like going to a restaurant with lots of rules and servers that make you feel completely uncomfortable please go here. I'm sure there are a lot of other places in town with better food and better service that will appreciate your business.

  We came in the morning of 11/24 for breakfast. The hostess/waitress was very unfriendly when we first came in. The four of us ordered the cheeseburger Benedict, salmon Benedict, eggs/bacon, and I got the chorizo Benedict. Everyone’s food was good except for mine. The chorizo meet itself tasted as if it had gone bad. I even had everyone else at the table taste it and they all agreed it tasted as though it was bad. One person couldn’t even swallow it and spit it out into a napkin. When I told this to the waitress her response was “our meet is fresh, but I will ask the cook”. She did not try to apologize or showed any remorse. They still charged me full price for my meal even though I only ate the hashbrowns. Side note: I always order chorizo when I go to breakfast places and I know exactly what it should taste like. When we paid at the front desk the cook came out to speak with us, and once again we told her the meet tasted bad. All she replied was once again “our meet is fresh we got it this morning” followed by “it seems as though you have never ate chorizo before in your life”. We ended up just leaving very upset. Never eating here again!

  service was horrible.If you are the OWNER, PLEASE note. No greetings, or other wlcoming in any way. didnt ask us for how many. once we sat down i asked for some warm water and got eye rolled by your waitress, her words "i can give you hot tap water". Your menus were also filthy/unclean. Sadly we didnt feel your place met our (low) standards of at least friendly/welcoming service and clean environment. You missed out on four adults just this morning. Just imagine how many sales you are missing out on by this unhappy, rude employee. Get someone who can handle the job. Thanks.
