  My girlfriend and I stay there over the Canada Day long weekend. We have a horrible experience. First, when we check in the owner of the motel do not give us any eye contact, and his tone was unfriend. I ask if there is any good suggestion on thing to do in Radium, his response was " I am not your tour guide."

  Owner was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean, small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Confirtable bed, old school a/c but works. Everything in walking distance. I would recommend to anyone who wants a confirtable place to stay with out breaking the bank.

  Rented a two queen room, the second bed had its own room, a lovely surprise for us. Fully stocked kitchenette. I'm talking stove top, pans, pots, plates, cutlery, toaster, serving utensils, colander and even pepper in the cupboard. The grocery store is right across the street. We had a small issue with our room that was addressed immediately and very friendly. I would definitely bring my family here again.

  Great place to stay! Very affordable, nice and very clean rooms, comfy bed, amazingly nice and friendly owners/staff. Would definately recommend this place :)

  In the end, I did not want to argue, so I told him I would cancel my remaining two nights. The owner said, he will not refund me the booking money. I did not argue; I just told him to keep the money if that makes him feel better. Then I stay at the other motel that is down the street. Which is better in pricing and the owner is much nicer.

  Overall, our experience is horrible. I am not sure if the owner is racist or just stereotypical. Mine advise to you all is reconsider of staying at this motel. There are other motels to choose from in radium. Which have competitive pricing, better location (not by the major highway) and better service.

  When we enter the room that we were assigned in the looks of it is decent, but I guess you can not judge a book by its cover. There were bed bugs, and we are bug food for the whole night. Again, I kindly reflect my concern to the owner and wondering if we can switch room. His reply was " Oh Jesus, Is just a little bug and you want another room!?"
