  From start to finish everything about this experience was amazing. The therapists are outstanding and when speaking with them it is clear they all have lots of experience and offer something for everyone. Best massage my husband and I have ever received. The Spa is located on the lower floor of the facility and is a true little oasis. It is relaxing, and has a lovely atmosphere. The treatments rooms are beautiful. The hot pools are an added bonus. This is a must if you are in Radium.

  It was our first time getting a massage and we really enjoyed the experience! It was really relaxing. We tried the public pool but much preferred the inner hot tub which was quieter and didn't have floating insects. The sauna was a sauna.

  I booked 3 services two for my teenage kids which apparently the owner Lori took exception to. There were no other clients in the entire spa but she still would not let my nephew into the change room with my son she made them go to the public hot spring change room. She assumed that the kids would misbehave and treated all of us poorly. The only saving grace was Diane gave me a wonderful massage. New management might save this place.

  I had an amazing facial by Dalia. The OM's Organics products that are all available to purchase are so wonderful and purely plant based. The spa atmosphere with the steam room and hot tub is so relaxing before and after it's worth it to arrive early for treatment or stay late. The staff was all so nice and knowledgeable. Had a great day overall.
